Refund Policy

If your first pouch of Coconade isn't for you, email chance@coconadehydration.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund it.

No return shipping, no forms. Keep the pouch. One refund per customer, on your first pouch.

Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually post within 5 to 10 business days.

If your order arrives damaged or something is wrong with it, that's on us regardless of timing. Email a photo and we'll make it right.
