Who we are. Coconade Hydration LLC, a Colorado company. Contact: chance@coconadehydration.com.

Orders. Prices and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We ship within the United States only. If we can't fulfill your order, we'll cancel and refund it in full.

Subscriptions. Subscriptions bill monthly at the price shown when you subscribe, and each billing sends one order of the product you selected. You can cancel or skip a month anytime from your account page or by emailing chance@coconadehydration.com. Cancellations and skips apply to any order that hasn't processed yet. We send a reminder email before each charge. Subscription pricing and shipping terms are shown at signup and apply as long as you stay subscribed.

Refunds. See our Refund Policy. Short version: first pouch, 30 days from delivery, just email us.

Product information. Coconade is a food product, not a supplement or a medical treatment. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Check the label for ingredients and sodium content, and talk to your doctor if you have a condition affected by sodium or potassium intake.

Intellectual property. The Coconade name, logo, label art, and site content belong to Coconade Hydration LLC.

Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
